Dr. John K. Kamau is a highly skilled and team-oriented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a wealth of experience spanning outpatient clinics, nursing facilities, and correctional environments. Dr. Kamau earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Walden University, a Master of Science in Nursing (PMHNP) from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, all completed with honors. His certifications include Maryland licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse, as well as active DEA and CDS certifications.
